Multiple studies show that when people use their talents at work, all sorts of good things happen. Engagement grows from 7 to 23%, performance increases to 8-18%, and attrition drops by 20-73%.
Here, we want to share one example of our work with clients based on the Clifton StrengthsFinder methodology.
Why StrengthsFinder for Teams?
Enhanced Performance: Identifying and utilizing individual strengths leads to higher engagement and productivity, positively impacting overall performance.
Team Synergy: Team members learn not only the positive aspects of strengths but also how strengths are misused, causing team friction and unnecessary tension. By understanding the “dark side” of any talent, team members adjust their styles. It fosters better collaboration and understanding among team members, optimizing teamwork and reducing conflict.
Strategic Talent Management: Though StrengthsFinder is not a predicative tool for any role, it might be used to strategically align team roles and responsibilities according to individual strengths, improving job satisfaction and retention rates.

Team workshop
There is a range of formats and durations, from half-day online sessions to full-day in-person immersion.
It is a great way to plan how individual strengths can best be combined in the future to achieve shared goals.
However, the team workshop is tailored to a specific client's needs, it always includes minimum theory and maximum practice: work in mini-groups and individually, brainstorms, and creative tasks.
During the workshop, the team will experience "aha" moments and learn to adapt to each other’s thinking and communication styles.
