    Workshop and team coaching based on the assessment of the Gallup CliftonStrength framework. The workshop helps understand the operational style of each teammate and what they need from others to be at their best. Ideal for mid-size to large teams with lots of cross-functional collaboration and mixed hierarchy.

    Assessment and workshop based on Patrick Lencioni's model, addressing each of the five key fundamentals: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. The workshop surfaces root cause blockers of the team effectiveness, helping participants to align and commit to new ways of work. Ideal for small, close-working teams, such as executives, cross-functional operating teams, and team leaders.
